  • Who is eligible to join the referral rewards program?

    Anyone can earn Maid Squad Rewards Points and Referral Program Bonuses. Whether you are a current customer, past customer, service customer, friend, family member, employee, or an avid business partner or fan, we appreciate your efforts in spreading the word about all our Maid Squad locations.

  • When will my Maid Squad referral bonus fee be paid out?

    Maid Squad offers referral gift cards valued at $25 per referral that successfully books and pays for a cleaning service with our team. You will receive your referral bonus after the referred individual's cleaning is completed and paid for. The notification of the referral status will be communicated through an email.


    Your first referral gift card will be sent via mail and should arrive within 10-14 business days after delivery. Subsequent referral rewards will be loaded directly onto your card, so ensure to keep your card safe and continue referring.

  • Can my referral just call in?

    Yes, your referrals can just call in. However, it is important that they mention your name as the referrer when requesting services from Maid Squad. Though calling us at 573-381-0380 is an option, we highly recommend using the referral form on our website. An even simpler method is to direct your referrals to our dedicated landing page where they can submit their details; this facilitates easier tracking and rewarding through our program.

  • What happens if I lose my card?

    If you happen to lose your card, please call card services at 1-800-798-4104 immediately. Be informed that a reissue fee of $10 will be deducted from your card balance for the replacement.

Maid Squad Cleaning Visa Prepaid Cards are issued by Pathward® N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted within the U.S. only. No ATM/cash access. For the purposes of this referral rewards program, a qualifying referral means a customer that you refer to Maid Squad (Ozarks, Branson, and Springfield). Customers cannot refer themselves. Not valid with any previous customer unless approved by Maid Squad. Referral must be registered through the referral website. Your referrals must be 18 years or older, and you represent that Maid Squad will have permission of the referral to contact him or her via the contact information you provide. This program is limited, or as applicable, void, where prohibited by law. Maid Squad reserves the right to terminate or modify this program, at any time without prior notice. Cardholder acknowledges that by referring a friend to this program, Cardholder is releasing non-public information. The referred person acknowledges that payment of the referral may result in the Cardholder’s knowledge of the referred person establishing an account with us.
